  1. Prep your feet by soaking them up in a foot bath containing warm, soapy water for 15 – 20 minutes.
  2. Then use either a pumice stone or an Emery foot file to scrub away any hard, thickened skin.
  3. Do this for a couple of minutes then pat your feet dry with a towel.
